Operational Window Notice:
Our fulfillment center in Talkeetna, Alaska, operates from Monday through Friday. While orders can be placed on our website 24/7, physical handling and carrier pickups do not occur on Saturdays, Sundays, or statutory holidays. Any order placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday morning.

04. Delivery Services & Tracking

- United States Postal Service (USPS): Primary carrier for residential and PO Box deliveries.
- United Parcel Service (UPS): Utilized for high-value or heavier shipments requiring expedited ground transit.
- FedEx: Employed for specific regional optimizations and signature-required deliveries.
Tracking Your Shipment: Within 24 hours of your package leaving our facility, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email. This communication will contain your unique tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s real-time tracking portal. We encourage our customers to monitor their shipment to ensure they are available for receipt.
05. Address Accuracy & Redirects
Accuracy is vital for successful delivery. During the checkout process, please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly, including apartment or suite numbers. Our automated system syncs directly with carrier databases to verify addresses.
Address Modifications: If you discover an error in your shipping information, you must contact our support team at support@moderngentlemanstyle.shop immediately. We can only modify shipping details if the request is received and acknowledged before our 5:00 PM EST cut-off time on the day of handling. Once a tracking number has been generated and the package has been scanned by the carrier, we are unable to redirect the shipment.
06. Logistics Troubleshooting
While we strive for 100% delivery success, logistics anomalies can occur. Modern Gentleman Style provides the following protections:
Missing Packages: If your tracking information states "Delivered" but you have not received the parcel, please check with neighbors or building management. In some cases, carriers may scan a package as delivered 24 hours before physical arrival. If the package is still missing after 48 hours, contact us to initiate a carrier investigation.
Damaged Items: If your apparel arrives damaged due to transit, please take photographs of the packaging and the item immediately and contact our support desk. We will facilitate a replacement at no additional cost to you.
