01. Efficiency Standard
At Modern Gentleman Style (https://moderngentlemanstyle.shop/), we operate with a high-velocity fulfillment model to ensure our clientele receives their apparel with minimal delay. Because our internal handling time is optimized at **1 business day**, the window for modifying or canceling an order is strictly limited. This policy ensures clarity regarding your options once an order has been finalized.
02. Modification Deadlines
To provide a fair and predictable service, we adhere to the following timeframes for any order adjustments:

Important Fulfillment Notice:
Once an order passes the 60-minute mark or reaches the "Shipped" status in our system, we are unable to intercept, cancel, or modify the package. At this stage, the order must be received and handled under our standard **Return & Refund Policy**.
03. Cancellation Procedures
If you wish to cancel an order within the eligible window, please follow these steps:
- Immediately email support@moderngentlemanstyle.shop with the subject line: "URGENT: CANCELLATION [Order #]".
- Provide your full name and the specific reason for cancellation to assist our administrative team.
- If the request is acknowledged within the window, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to reflect on your statement.
04. Post-Shipment Protocols
If you miss the cancellation window and your order has been dispatched via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, you are still entitled to our **60-day return window**. Upon delivery, please do not refuse the package, as this can lead to lost-in-transit complications. Instead, accept the delivery and contact us to initiate a professional return as outlined in our primary refund policy.
05. Inventory Shortages
In rare instances where a specific item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, Modern Gentleman Style reserves the right to cancel the order. In such cases, we will notify you immediately via email and issue a full refund. We do not engage in "back-ordering" without explicit customer consent.
